Zgodnie z art. 279 ust. 1 Ustawy z dnia 3 lipca 2018 r. Przepisy
wprowadzaj_ce ustaw_ – Prawo o szkolnictwie wy_szym i nauce (Dz.
U. z 2018 r., poz. 1669 z p__n. zm.):

Studia doktoranckie rozpocz_te przed rokiem akademickim 2019/2020 prowadzi si_
na zasadach dotychczasowych, jednak nie d_u_ej ni_ do dnia 31 grudnia 2023 r.


Zgodnie z ustaw_ z dnia z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. Prawo o szkolnictwie wy_szym i nauce (Dz.

U. z 2018 r., poz. 1668 z p__n. zm.) w Politechnice Cz_stochowskiej utworzono
Szko__ Doktorsk_, kt_ra przejmuje kszta_cenie doktorant_w.
Rekrutacja do Szko_y Doktorskiej rozpoczyna si_ od
roku akademickiego 2019/2020.

Studia doktoranckie s_ studiami trzeciego stopnia, na kt_re byli przyjmowani kandydaci posiadaj_cy kwalifikacje drugiego stopnia okre_lone w art.
2 ust.1. pkt. 18g ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wy_szym lub byli beneficjentami
programu „Diamentowy Grant,” o kt_rym by_a mowa w art.
187a ust. 1.

Studia doktoranckie ko_cz_ si_ uzyskaniem kwalifikacji trzeciego stopnia okre_lonych w art.
2 ust. 1. pkt. 18h ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wy_szym.

Studia doktoranckie prowadzone s_ jako studia stacjonarne i niestacjonarne.

Stacjonarne studia doktoranckie s_ bezp_atne. Niestacjonarne studia
doktoranckie by_y odp_atne. Studia doktoranckie trwaj_ nie kr_cej ni_ 2
lata i nie d_u_ej ni_ 4 lata i realizowane s_ w oparciu
o zatwierdzone przez Rady Wydzia__w plany i programy
studi_w.

Studia doktoranckie w Politechnice Cz_stochowskiej prowadzone s_
